Position Description
- Prospect daily to reach buyers and decision makers in your assigned territory.
- Develop and build upon a knowledge base of construction industry trends, opportunities and challenges, construction project activity in your territory by:
             - Knowing your territory
             - Reaching your buyers
             - Getting opportunities
- Document all activities in sales force.
- Attend and actively participate in training.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Must be accustomed to heavy phone dialing and working in a quota driven environment
- Professional phone presentation skills.
- Ability to develop relationships through building bond and rapport over the phone.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and meet high goals.
- Customer focused with excellent follow through on commitments.
Experience/Education Required
- High school graduate
- 2+ years of professional phone related work experience consisting of out bound calls or in bound calls focused on sales or customer retention
