Responsibilities for the Tax Associate are as follows:
Run client engagements start to finish, review tax return preparation and planning engagements. Resolve routine to complex accounting and tax problems. Research write and review tax planning strategies and services. Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality and application.Prepare tax returns for more complex individual, trust, partnership, and corporate. Research (using RIA) and consult on various tax matters; utilize tax-related software (Creative Solutions) to prepare and process returns and research tax matters. Meet time constraints and client deadlines. Build client relationships.Work effectively within given budgetary parameters.Recommend billing to supervisor, manage or partner on engagement.
