2000 YAMAHA LS 2000- 270HP BOW RIDER SHALLOW DRAFT GOES FAST! WELL MAINTAINED. LOW HOURS. USED MOSTLY IN FRESH WATER. HULL AND ENGINES CLEANED AND RINSED AFTER EVERY USE. GARAGE KEPT AND WAXED REGULARLY. INCLUDES: CD / STEREO, YAHAMA TRAILER, AND BIMINI.
Boat shows normal wear and tear for its age. Boat is sold as is with no warranty.
The LS2000 is powered by twin 135 hp, 1,131cc Yamaha marine engines with dual 155mm Hyper-Flow pumps and stainless steel, progressive-pitch impellers. Total HP is 270. These three-cylinder powerplants have triple Mikuni carburetors that ensure smooth throttle response at any speed. And speed is what the LS2000 has a lot of.
At 19 feet, 6 inches long and with an 8 foot beam, the LS2000 seats seven adults, making it a viable alternative to conventionally powered runabouts of the same size.
Quick on the Draw, the boat practically leaps onto plane from a dead stop, accelerating to 20 mph in just 3.12 seconds, ensuring that quick hole shots are no problem for the LS2000.
It takes around 8.5 seconds to reach a top speed of 55 mph.
The boat’s superior handling also makes it stand out from other runabouts and allows the boat to offer excellent all-around performance in all types of water conditions. The LS2000 achieves this versatility through its performance hull design that utilizes a low polar center of gravity, stepped chines and a delta lift pad to deliver an incredibly exhilarating ride.
The stepped chines and delta lift pad also make the boat easier to maneuver in tight quarters, enabling it to practically turn on a dime. This innovative hull design gives the LS2000 excellent rough water handling capabilities and helps to funnel water away from the boat to give passengers a dry, comfortable ride.
Yamaha has also spaced the LS2000’s pumps farther apart to give the boat more stability. While the boat is as agile as any jet boat we had operated before, its size and stability gave our test team a much greater sense of safety than we have experienced in smaller models.
